SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Shipping Update to the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and the UAE:
  Due to recent changes to import tariff requirements under US Executive Order 14324, we are currently unable to ship orders to the United States (US), Canada and Puerto Rico. This suspension is effective immediately and will remain in place until further notice.

  Due to the current political situation, we are temporarily unable to ship to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding while these matters are being resolved.

• Domestic Shipping (Australia-wide)

If your order total is less than $50AUD, the shipping cost for regular shipping Australia-wide is $9.99.
If your order total is more than $50AUD, you qualify for FREE regular shipping Australia-wide.
Australia domestic estimated shipping times: 4-6 business days from dispatch.
* Please note: We don’t offer local order pick-ups.

• International Shipping

For countries outside of Australia, the shipping cost for registered international shipping ranges from $14.99 to $39.99, depending on the shipping zone (see table below).
Please select your country from the drop down menu under ‘Billing Details’ at checkout and the shipping will be automatically calculated for you.
International estimated shipping times: 10-15 business days from dispatch.

Please note that you will be responsible for any international customs and duties incurred. Refer to your country’s government department for full details.
Any products that are classified as Dangerous Goods cannot be shipped international, such as nail polish, hand sanitisers and aerosols.
